Shipping:

 When will I receive my package?
    It's coming don't worry! We ship Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. We always aim to ship your item as soon as possible (usually within 2 working days), but there may be delays - especially if a new collection has just dropped. 
    Note: there are currently world wide shipping delays due to Covid-19 and while we will work hard to ship your item on time, there may be external posting issues that are out of our control. We really appreciate your patience in this matter. 
    Once your item has shipped, it will take about this long to receive it:

    Within the U.S.:

    We ship with UPS (carrier may change any time)
    so your shiny new item should be with you within 3-5 days! How great is that?
    If you chose expedited shipping at checkout, then it's usually 1-2 business days. Yay!

    International:

    Yes that's right! We do ship worldwide. Usual estimates for standard international shipping are around 1-4 weeks, however due to customs and locations, it may take longer.

    ❤ How much will shipping cost?

      Within the U.S. (based on weight):

      Standard - between $4 - $10

      Expedited - between $6 - $10 

      International:

      International postage costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the speed and location. 

      Duties/customs fees:

      Some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees. UPS may also charge handling fees for processing your parcel through customs. Sorry, we have no control over this and aren't responsible for any of these additional fees . We suggest you find out what fees are applicable in your country before you order.

       How do I cancel an order?
        Please contact sales@fem-pop.com to request a cancellation as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will attempt to stop the shipment. Please note we cannot guarantee any cancellations after an order is placed.
        Please state your order number and request in the subject line of your email.
        Card companies usually require 3-5 days to return a transaction cost back into your account. However it can take 2-3 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your credit card bill statement. If you have any concerns, please contact your credit card company.

         Can I make changes to my order?

          We understand mistakes are made and you may want to change an order. Please contact sales@fem-pop.com within an hour of your purchase and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Unfortunately it is not possible to add products to your order.

          Please state your order number and request in the subject line of your email.

          Please note that in some circumstances it may not be possible to change an order if it has already been processed fully. The sooner you contact us with your change the easier it will be! Quickly, go do it now! 

           How do I return an item?

            Full price items *(excluding the items below) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your package being delivered to you. Sale items are not returnable.

            *For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

            Returned item(s) must be in its original, unused and unaltered condition, and must be returned with original tags and packaging.

            To return an item(s) for a refund just send and email to sales@fem-pop.com with your order number and reason why the item(s) is being returned and we will respond with the next steps.

            A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

             What if my item is damaged or wrong?

              We are very sorry if your item is faulty! If the return is due to a damaged item or a packing error on our part, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you. These refunds will be for standard UPS first class (or air mail) shipping only and will be for no more than the total shipping amount charged when the order was placed. Packages sent back using expedited shipping will not receive a full postage refund.

               Can I make an exchange?

                While exchanges are possible, they are subject to change based on stock etc and cannot be guaranteed.

                Availability:

                 How do I know if an item is in stock?

                  While the product page should indicate a products availability, accidents do happen! If a product is not available after you have made your purchase, you will be promptly contacted. 

                  A full refund or other alternative solution will be issued. 

                   I love an item but it is no longer in stock!

                    We appreciate your feedback for fan favorites! If an item you like is not available, please contact us at support@fem-pop.com and we will see what we can do!  

                    ❤ Handmade? What is that exactly?

                    Exactly what it sounds like! Each piece of jewelry you receive is lovingly handmade. This is all from the design of the piece, to the casting, painting and assembly. This does also mean that each item is LIMITED in stock, so if you see something you like, don't forget to buy it quick!

                    Please note, while each piece does go through QA, there may be slight differences with each piece as painting etc is all done by hand.
